How it works
The whole product is a shared availability calendar with money attached. Owners control what goes up on their property; advertisers know exactly what they are getting before they pay.
For space owners
Drop the exact location, add dimensions, photos, and what a week costs. You can hide the precise address until a booking is confirmed.
Minimum booking length, blackout dates, a cancellation policy, and whether you want to approve each advertiser or let them book instantly.
Nothing goes up on your property without you seeing it first. Reject anything that does not fit, with a reason.
Stripe pays out to your bank two days after each campaign starts. We take 10%; there is no listing fee and no monthly cost.
For advertisers
Filter by location, size, sign type, daily traffic, and price. See what is actually free on your dates before you enquire.
One transparent price: the rental, the printing if the owner offers it, our service fee, and tax. No agency markup, no rate card negotiation.
Send artwork through the platform. The owner approves it, and both of you keep a record of exactly what was agreed.
The owner uploads dated photographs of your ad in place. If it never went up, you are covered by our refund policy.
